Hey Everyone!!

How was your spring break?

This year was the first spring break for me. This year spring break was on March 21 to March 29. I watched movie almost every night. My spring break was bored. I played computer almost every day too. I stayed at my friend’s house too, it was very fun. We went to Washington to see her cousin at 2.00am and hangout and then we went to Hood River at 4.30am. We did the secret stuff till 5.00am. Then we went home and slept. And another thing which I did on this spring break was talked with my family on Skye. We talked about many detail. And what I want to do when I'm home. So I plan to play tennis, swimming, shopping, and continue learning figure ice skate.

-Thail dress-

Lots of people have been asking me about what kind of clothes Thai people wear. We have our traditional clothes but we do not really wear them often. We only wear them for special days like Songkran, Father's day, Mother's day, Loy Krathong etc. For normal days, Thai men wear suits to work. Thai children wear uniform to school. At the weekend we wear normal clothes like other countries. For example jeans and T-shirt. I think most Thai traditional clothes are made from silk.

Number in Thai Language (0-9)

Thai Pronunciation

The Thai language is a tonal language, in that different tones of voice will affect the meaning of a word dramatically. If you were to say the word in a high tone, ie at the top end of your voice's speaking register, the meaning could be entirely different to a word with the same letters, spoken in a low tone of voice.

-The Modern Toilet-

This is t
he one ridiculous restaurant, it's call "The Modern Toilet" located in the heart of Hong Kong. The entire restaurant takes place in the bathroom scene. There are no chairs to sit on in this modern-day dining spot. Instead you have toilet bowls to squat on as you eat your appetizer in a mini urinal. The wall surrounded by the familiar dull yellow, green and white checkered tiles. A mosque of 2 bathtubs and shower nozzles are set off to the side to give spectators such as soap, towels and mats to entertain one's eye. Glass tables are set atop porcelain sinks while enormous plungers dance with faces shaped lights that hang down from the ceiling. Cultured entrees are held withing mini toilets or mini bathtubs, depending on the type of meal. Drinks are sipped from urinals. And elaborate and enormous desserts were served in urinals of even larger sizes. There was no question this restaurant was one of a kind with almost every guest recording the memory with photos.
